Question: How it works?

Answer: The process is simple.

  1. Register on this website. Registration is free and there is no membership fees.
  2. Search for your vehicle.
  3. Submit your offer: Submit your HIGHEST MAXIMUM bid that you are willing to pay for the vehicle because low offers will be overbid. If your offer will be the highest after eMotorsDepot.com bidding closes, you will be notified by e-mail and you must submit a security deposit. Security deposit is $400 or 10% of your winning bid amount, whichever is greater. The next day our affiliated dealer will try to acquire your desired vehicle at the insurance auction (not open to public). If our affiliated dealer acquires the vehicle for you for less than your maximum bid amount, you will pay only the actual auction price plus all applicable fees.
  4. You will be notified by e-mail and a phone call that your vehicle has been acquired at the auction. You must submit a full payment (see "Terms and Conditions" section IV. Buyer Payment and Fees) and all required paperwork before your vehicle will be released to you.
  5. Once our affiliated dealer will receive a full payment and all required paperwork, you will be notified that your vehicle is released and ready for pick up.
  6. Make transportation arrangements to pick up your vehicle. If you need help with transportation we recommend www.autotransportjunction.com
